Anchor points are a vital part of a fall protection system. Anchor points are usually installed on the roof, but can also be installed on doors and windows. Roof anchor points are used to connect lanyards, lifelines, and other forms of tie-off which prevent a worker from falling.

A building maintenance unit (BMU) is an automatic, remote-controlled, or mechanical device, usually located on the roof, to provide safe and secure access to all areas of a building’s facade for cleaning, maintenance, and inspection purposes. It also can be used on interior surfaces such as large ceilings (e.g. in stadiums or train stations) or atrium walls. It provides permanent mechanical access for building's façade maintenance. BMU's are the best solution for very tall and uniquely designed buildings. Each BMU system can be tailored to fit the unique architectural characteristics of a building, ensuring complete and thorough coverage of hard to reach areas.

A Davit System provides an offset overhead point for the mounting of personnel lifting, lowering, or retrieval and can also be used as a fall arrest system.

A gantry system consists of fixed platforms on monorails that are utilized for working above glass in situations where traditional maintenance methods are not feasible.

Horizontal Lifeline Systems, also known as HLL systems, are utilized in many of the fall arrest and fall restraint systems. Horizontal lifelines are common fall protection solutions in work areas that lack existing anchor points for personnel tie–off. In simplest form, the horizontal lifeline consists of a cable attached to two or more anchor points on a roof-top, crane runway, bridge or outdoor construction site, or any other elevated work area that poses a fall risk to personnel.

Our Over Rail Supports (ORS) is becoming our fastest selling product. It allows workers to safely and easily suspend over balcony handrails without having any rigging ropes loading the handrail. The benefits of the ORS over other methods such as A-frame outriggers, scaffolding, and davit arms is quite simply cost. The building owner will save not only on the initial cost of the product but the ease of use of the product allowing the works to work much more ergonomically and efficiently.

Rigging sleeves are frequently utilized in conjunction with or as an alternative to monorails when the sole possibility for positioning suspension lines or lifelines is through a wall, floor, or roof.

Our solar panel supports were designed to work with all major manufacturer's structural bracing and channels. This one item can eliminate the need for large structural W-member frames being installed onto the building roof by a crane. Once the solar panel support is hoisted to the roof they can easily be moved around into position without the need of the crane and can reduce installation time by half.

These flashings wrap around penetrations and are secured to the roof by attaching the flashing's skirt to the installed membrane. The combination of reinforced membrane and prefabrication ensures a long-lasting, watertight flashing.

Rope stops are required to prevent a worker, typically in a bosun chair, from accidentally rounding the corner of the roof edge causing a fall or swinging into another part of the building. Rope stops are typically installed on the parapet, however when a parapet is not structurally sound to support a rope stop a roof mount stop is used.
